A reply within one business day
Every enquiry gets an answer from a person, not an autoresponder. If the fit is not right, we will say so directly.
What to write so the answer is concrete
The form has only two required fields, because we do not want to interrogate you before we have said anything useful. But the more we know, the more specific the quote we send back.
Four things help most. How you sell: online, in store or both. Approximate monthly card turnover and average order value. What platform your site runs on, if you have one. And your current rate, if you already take cards.
With those four numbers we can work out what you would pay with us and show it split into components. Without them the answer is generic and no use to you.
If you do not know one of them, do not worry. Write what you know and we will settle the rest.
What happens after you send it
You get an automatic confirmation immediately. It means only that the enquiry arrived, not that it has been reviewed.
A reply from a person usually comes within one business day. It contains a concrete quote with fees calculated for your case rather than a price list, and a list of the documents that will be needed.
If we need a clarification, we will ask for it in the same email rather than trading three messages about one thing.
If we judge that we are not right for your profile, we will say so within the same time. A decline on day one is more useful than silence for three weeks.
Documents you will need at approval
We do not ask for them at this stage, but it helps to know what is coming so you can prepare them in parallel.
Company registration. Identification for the owner and the director. The company bank account. The address of the site or premises, with published terms and a returns policy.
If you have taken cards before, a statement of volume and chargeback rate from the previous provider is useful too.
With a complete set, approval takes 1 to 24 hours. Almost every delay comes from a missing document or a site with no published terms.
When to call rather than write
Writing is more efficient in most cases, because it stays documented and because it lets us calculate the quote before we speak.
A call is better in three situations. When payment acceptance has stopped and you are losing sales right now. When your profile is unusual and easier to explain in conversation than by email. And when you are already a customer and the question is specific.
If you would rather talk, say so in the enquiry along with a convenient time and we will call you, instead of you waiting to catch us.
Which channel for which reason
So you are not waiting in the wrong place.
| Reason | How | How fast |
|---|---|---|
| New merchant asking for a quote | The form on this page | One business day |
| Question about approval documents | Reply to the approval email | Same day |
| Technical question during integration | The form, stating your platform | One business day |
| Payment acceptance has stopped | The on-call contact from the contract | Immediately |
| Question about one transaction | The panel, or email with the reference | Same day |
| Chargeback with a closing deadline | Email with urgent in the subject | Prioritised |
The on-call contact is provided at signature and applies outside working hours for stopped payments.
What to put in the enquiry
None of it is required, but with it the answer is concrete first time.
- How you sell: online, in person or both
- Approximate monthly card turnover
- Average order value
- What platform your site runs on
- Your current rate, if you already take cards
- Whether you prefer a reply by email or a call
Questions about this
How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. For an existing customer whose payment acceptance has stopped, immediately.
Will you call me if I do not want that?
No. If you would rather keep everything in writing, say so in the enquiry and we will not call.
Am I committing to anything by sending an enquiry?
No. An enquiry is an enquiry. You will get a quote and a list of documents, and the decision is yours.
Can we meet in person?
The team is in Burgas, so for customers in the area that is possible. For the rest of the country we work remotely, which is usually faster anyway.
Do you work with companies outside Bulgaria?
Yes, with merchants in the EU. Tell us where the company is registered, because that determines which documents are required.

What happens to the data I send through the form?
It is used only to answer the enquiry and kept for the periods set out in the privacy policy. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing and we do not add you to a newsletter without consent.
