These terms govern the use of bulpays.eu and enquiries submitted through it. The payment services themselves are governed by a separate agreement.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the informational content of the site and to the enquiry form. They do not constitute a payment services agreement and create no obligation to enter into one.

3. Information on the site

Published rates, interchange tables and calculator results are indicative and serve as a preliminary estimate. Only an individual written quote is binding.

Interchange and scheme fees are set by the card organisations and may change without our involvement.

4. Submitting an enquiry

By submitting the form you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the company named.

We reserve the right to decline a merchant account without stating a reason, including where compliance or risk management requirements are not met.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the site (text, graphics, logo and structure) is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written consent is not permitted. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of information published on the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last change.

These terms govern use of the bulpays.eu website: the content, the enquiry form and the information published here.

They are not the payment processing agreement. The merchant contract is concluded separately, after account approval, and it governs rates, settlement periods, responsibilities in a dispute and termination.

Rates and periods published on the site are indicative and are confirmed in the quote for your specific case. Actual terms depend on the risk profile and on the outcome of the approval checks.

Information on the site, the calculator included, is informational and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.

Liability and limits

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information here accurate and current, but card scheme rates change on their own schedule and the tables may lag briefly.

The calculator uses assumed averages for interchange and scheme fees. Your actual bill depends on the specific card mix of your customers and may differ.

We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here, without confirmation in a specific quote.

The site may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or through circumstances outside our control. That does not affect payment processing, which runs on separate infrastructure.
